Overview This website is operated by Nourish Queen. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nourish Queen. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

2. Products and Services

  • Menu Changes: Our menus change weekly based on seasonal availability. We reserve the right to modify the contents of a meal slightly if specific ingredients are unavailable (e.g., swapping a vegetable), provided the integrity and value of the dish remain.

  • Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Freshness: Our meals are prepared fresh. It is the customer's responsibility to refrigerate meals immediately upon delivery/collection and to consume them by the "Best Before" date labeled on the packaging.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Pricing and Modifications Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Allergen Disclaimer While we take great care in our kitchen, our food is prepared in a facility that may handle allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and seeds.

  • Cross-Contamination: While we offer "Gluten-Free Friendly" and other dietary options, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from trace allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to refer to the nutritional information and allergen warnings provided for each meal before consumption.

6. Limitation of Liability Nourish Queen shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
