Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Ordering Cut-Off Times To allow us to source fresh ingredients and prepare your meals to the highest standard, our weekly order cut-off is Thursday at 8:00 PM for the following week's menu. Orders placed after this time may not be fulfilled until the subsequent week.

2. Delivery Areas & Fees We currently deliver throughout the Nelson and Tasman regions.

  • Standard Delivery: A flat rate of $17.00 applies to all delivery orders.

  • Rural Addresses: While we strive to cover the wider Tasman region, some remote rural addresses may incur an additional surcharge or may be outside our courier network. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or alternative pickup.

3. Delivery Timing Deliveries are dispatched on Tuesdays in the afternoon. While we aim for specific delivery windows, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time due to courier routes and traffic. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way.

4. Authority to Leave (No Signature Required) Due to the perishable nature of our product, all deliveries are made on an "Authority to Leave" basis.

  • If you are not home: The courier will leave your box in the safest, coolest spot available at your doorstep.

  • Recommendation: If you know you will be out, we highly recommend leaving a chilly bin or cooler bag with ice packs at your door for the courier to place the meals into.

  • Liability: Once the meals are delivered to your property, the responsibility for the safety and temperature of the product passes to you. Nourish Queen is not liable for theft or spoilage due to meals being left out for extended periods.

5. Click & Collect (Pickup) You can choose to collect your order for Free from our Hope kitchen.

  • Location: Hope (Full address provided at checkout/confirmation).

  • Collection Time: Tuesdays from 2:00 PM onwards.

  • Late Collection: Please ensure you collect your meals on the designated day. We cannot guarantee storage space or freshness for orders left uncollected for more than 24 hours.

6. Food Safety & Storage Our meals are delivered fresh and chilled (not frozen, unless specified).

  • Upon receipt, please transfer your meals to the refrigerator immediately.

  • Please refer to the "Best Before" dates on the packaging.

  • If you choose to freeze your meals, please do so immediately upon delivery.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations Because we order fresh ingredients based on exact numbers:

  • Cancellations: Must be made before the Thursday 8:00 PM cut-off. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a full refund as ingredients will have already been purchased.

  • Issues: If there is an issue with your order upon arrival (e.g., missing items or damage), please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

8. Promotions

  • First Time Order: The "Free Delivery" promotion applies to first-time customers only. Valid for one use per household.
